GeoSurvey is honored to assist in the Marietta Kiwanis Foundation’s 9/11 Field of Flags taking place at the Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield National Park. Every five years this event pays tribute by reading the names and placing a flag to honor each life lost on September 11th, 2001.
The GeoSurvey team staked 2,977 flag placement locations in preparation for this commemorative event. The flag parade & installation takes place on Saturday, August 29th at 10:00 am, and will be on display from August 29th to September 19th.
