As-Built Surveys

As-built surveys are surveys of existing facilities, usually shopping centers, schools, or factories. These surveys depict the location of all existing improvements on a site, including, but not limited to, buildings, parking areas, utilities, storm drainage systems, sewerage disposal systems, and any other features. An as-built survey usually involves the establishment of the site’s boundaries and the analysis of a title inspection report for the site. We will analyze all exceptions contained in the title report and depict them on our final survey if possible.
