Survey Project Manager
Michael Gravett started his surveying career in 1997 just out of school. He came to work at GeoSurvey in 2003 after having gained experience in all aspects of land surveying with his previous employer. Upon joining GeoSurvey, he successfully progressed through all various ranks of land surveying, ultimately becoming a Survey Project Manager.
Desiring to diversify his experience and background, Michael accepted a position in pubic works managing a large public works department in 2008. He spent thirteen years managing roadway construction projects and supervising the daily operations of a large civil public works department. After many years working with local government , he decided to return to his “first love” and came back into the land surveying field, joining the GeoSurvey team again in 2021.
Michael has worked on an array of survey projects during his career from large commercial Alta Boundary and topographic surveys to residential surveying and construction layout.
Michael is a graduate of Georgia Northwestern Technical College and is planning to return to school and take the required survey related course work for licensure. Michael is currently a survey project manager with the firm and looks forward to continuing his career as a land surveyor.
